Link an external bank account to Bond customer_id without verification
The account_id from this linked account can be used in the transfers API

Bank account number.
Conditionally required if creating a migrate_account.

routing_number

Bank routing number.
Conditionally required if creating a migrate_account.

bank_account_type

Name of external bank account being linked.
